2) Prior to any player nominations being submitted to the National Office a commitment must be received from the player and the players parent/guardian to fully participate. A deserving player may be nominated to receive recognition only, if they can not travel, please keep this option limited and note as such in your nomination.
NOTE: Player Nomination Position Football (Maximum 10 nominations per conference)
