Checklist/Procedure for Teams/Squads that will participate in the Under Armour AYF/AYC National Championships

1. Qualify for the National Championships by participating in a regional championship, a sanctioned qualifier or receiving an approved wildcard from a National Commissioner. Otherwise, invitational division teams/squads must be approved by a National AYF/AYC Commissioner.

2. Register team/squad via the National Competition On-line Team Entry/Registration form at www.playayf.com. You must complete the registration form in full and pay your registration fee. Details and due dates are listed below. Upon completion of the on-line registration form, each team will receive a unique Team Booking Code. Note: On-line Registrations from teams that have not been approved by the AYF Football Commissioner/AYC Cheer Commissioner/ or a sanctioned AYF Regional Host will not be eligible for the event.

3. Book team accommodations at one of the AYF/AYC-approved hotels using the Team Booking Code assigned to your team at the end of the registration process in step 2. For a detailed explanation of this process and hotel options see the Travel & Accomodations page.

4. Complete all mandatory paperwork. Ensure each player, their respective guardians, all volunteers and all associations have completed all of the items in the mandatory forms packages (download all forms packages/paperwork below).

5. Arrive in Orlando in time for the allotted Check-in Day. AYF check-in is December 5th and AYC Check-in is December 10th (see schedule). All participants must be in attendance at team check-in. All teams must have completed paperwork/ID's and Team Books (Tournament Registration Procedure Details link can be found below). Head Coaches must attend the mandatory coaches meeting in their respective sport.

Regional and Qualifying Information

To qualify for the AYF National Championship Tournament, your team must compete in an AYF Regional Tournament or qualify for entrance as a Wild Card. Regional Competition information is available for members at www.MyAyf.com. If for some reason you do not have access into www.MyAyf.com please ask your league's administration to "add you as a user." Access to MyAYF.com is available to all AYF administrators and coaches.

All Invitational Division Teams and Squads must commit their attending teams to AYF/AYC National Headquarters prior to completing the On-line Registration form or your team/squad will risk eligibility in the tournament:

National Tournament Registration

Access the National Competition On-line Team Entry/Registration Form at www.PlayAyf.com - Click Here!

The On-lineTeam Entry/Registration Form is DUE on November 22 by Midnight
.

If you are qualifying via Regional Competition on the weekend of Nov 27-29; you have been automatically granted an extension and your registration is DUE on November 30th by 10:00am.
Any entries past this due date are not guaranteed a place in the tournament, will not have team information in the program, will not have team rosters on event merchandise, and will risk coverage in all Event Media.

In order to complete the National Competition On-line Registration Form found at MyAYF.com or www.playayf.com
You must have the following information ready:

1. Region and association name
2. Team/Squad name and division that the team will compete in at the National Championships
3. One head coach's and two assistant coach's full contact information (including email address)
4. A team picture (in jpg format, a minimum size of 300 dpi)
5. Team roster: All athletes participating in the event (FULL NAME, JERSEY #)
6.Credit card or check Information for payment

Once your payment is complete, you will receive your "AYF REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION NUMBER and TEAM BOOKING CODE’ which will allow you access to book rooms in the mandatory hotel accomodations. Any team reservations made without this code will not be eligible for participation.

If for some reason you do not have access into www.MyAyf.com please ask your league's administration to "add you as a user." Access to www.myAYF.com is available to all AYF administrators, coaches, parents and players, and all members are welcome.

All qualifying national championship participants (football and cheer) will need to have ALL FORMS and ID's certified by their local Conference and Regional Representatives. All requirements must be completed in order to be eligible for play. There will be no exceptions. Forms can be found below.

ALL participants must attend Regional and National TEAM CHECK-INS (Paperwork requirements for participation in the AYF Regional and National Championship Tournament not covered in the AYF Official Rulebook as well as the Official Team Registration Packet can be found on the MyAYF control panel under the "National Competition" tab.)

All Participants are required to stay at approved hotels. More information can be found on the Travel & Accommodations page.

Mandatory Forms for Participants/Parents, Coaches/Volunteers and Teams/Associations

All forms must be fully completed, signed and presented at check-in. Teams' and Athletes' with Incomplete forms may face disqualification. Please note: these are the same forms as those posted at www.MyAyf.com.
